Makes one serving

Ingredients:

  • 1.25oz Astral Tequila Reposado
  • 0.25oz Amaro
  • 0.75oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 0.5oz Grenadine 

Glassware: Nick & Nora Glass Garnishes: Cherry

Preparation: Shake all ingredients with ice and double strain into a Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with a cherry and enjoy. 

Baileys Chocolate Dipped Strawberry Martini 

Makes one serving

Ingredients:2 oz Baileys Chocolate Liqueur1 oz Don Julio Blanco0.5oz Simple Syrup 3 Fresh Strawberries Sliced2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters

Glassware: Coupe glass Garnishes: Garnish with a strawberry (slice, full, or chocolate dipped)

Preparation: Add 3-5 strawberries to cocktail tin, add remaining ingredients to tin, shake and fine strain into coupe glass, Garnish with a strawberry


For The Girls

Makes one serving
Ingredients:1.5 oz Buchanan’s 18-Year-Old Special Reserve Blended Scotch Whisky 0.75 oz Fresh Orange Juice0.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice0.5 oz Grenadine
Glassware: Coupe glass Garnishes: Fresh mint sprig
Preparation: Combine Buchanan’s 18-Year-Old Special Reserve Whisky, fresh orange juice, fresh lemon juice and grenadine into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain contents into a coupe glass. Garnish with fresh mint sprig.

‘French Passion’

Makes one serving

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz. CÎROC Passion
  • 1 oz. Pineapple juice
  • 0.75 oz Hibiscus syrup
  • 0.75 oz Lemon juice
  • Top off with Champagne/sparkling wine

Glassware: Coupe glass

Garnish: Edible flowers

Preparation: Add all ingredients except the Champagne/sparkling wine into a shaker. Add ice and shake for about 8 to 10 seconds. Double strain into a coupe glass, top off with Champagne/sparkling and garnish.

Passion Play

Makes one serving

Ingredients:

  • 1.5oz Tequila Don Julio Rosado
  • 0.75 oz Lime
  • 0.75 oz Passion Fruit
  • 0.5 oz Honey 

Glassware: Rocks glass

Garnishes: Grapefruit peel 

Preparation: Rim a rocks glass with chili salt and fill it with one large ice cube, combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice, shake hard for 5 seconds, strain into a glass and garnish with a grapefruit peel.

DELEÓN 75

Makes one serving

Ingredients:

  • 1oz DELEÓN Reposado Tequila
  •  0.5oz Agave Syrup (1:1)
  • 0.5oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • .5oz Sparkling
  • Lemon, Mint, and Green Grape Garnish

Glass: Wine

Garnish: Lemon, Mint, and Green Grape Garnish

Pour: Shake and Strain, Top with Sparkling

Method: Add DELEÓN Reposado, agave syrup, and lemon juice into a shaker. Shake and pour into the wine glass using a strainer. Add sparkling and top with garnishes.

Floral Fresh Johnnie & Elderflower 

Makes one serving

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Johnnie Walker Black Label  
  •  1 oz Elderflower Cordial 
  •  3.5 oz Club Soda 

Glassware: Highball Glass 

Garnishes: Lemon Peel and lemon thyme or a sprig of mint 

Preparation: Add 1.5 oz of Johnnie Walker Black Label into an iced-filled highball glass. Add 1 oz of elderflower cordial and 3.5 oz of soda water, stir with a bar spoon. Add lemon peel and lemon thyme or a mint sprig and serve.

Oban Paper Plane, For Two <3

Makes two servings, split into lovers’ coupes

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Oban 14
  • 1 oz Aperol
  • 1.5 oz Amaro Nonino
  • 1.5 oz lemon
  • 0.5 oz ginger syrup

Glassware: Coupe or martini glass

Garnish: Lemon peel and paper airplane cocktail pick

Preparation: Combine all ingredients with ice into a boston shaker, shake, and strain into a coupe or martini glass. Garnish with lemon peel and a Paper Plane Origami Garnish.

Old Parr: CARIBBEAN POWER

Makes one serving

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Old Parr 12YO
  • 0.5 oz Passion Fruit Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Cinnamon Syrup
  • 0.25 oz Lime Juice

Garnish: Fresh mint leaves, Ground cinnamon, An orchid

Glassware: Rocks Glass

Preparation: Add Old Parr 12YO, passion fruit syrup, cinnamon syrup, and lime juice to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for 8-10 seconds. Strain into an empty rocks glass. Add crushed ice, then garnish with grated cinnamon, fresh mint and an orchid.

Old Parr: CARIBBEAN POWER

French 75 Kiss 

Makes one serving

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice 
  • 0.5 oz Sugar Syrup  
  • 1.5 oz Champagne  

Glassware: Champagne flute 

Garnishes: Lemon Twist 

Preparation: In a shaker build 1 oz. Tanqueray London Dry Gin, 1 oz lemon juice, and 0.5 oz sugar syrup. Fill the shaker with cubed ice and give a quick shake. Double strain into a champagne flute. Top with champagne and garnish with a lemon twist. 

Love Potion 42

Makes one serving

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Seedlip Grove 42
  • 1 oz Organic Cranberry Juice 
  • 0.5 oz  Lime Juice 
  • 0.5 oz *Simple Syrup 

Glassware: Coupe glass 

Garnishes: Orange peel 

Preparation: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake & strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with an orange peel. 

*Simple syrup: Combine equal parts warm water & sugar. Stir to dissolve. Let cool.
